I will guide a serene, one-hour session of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra — a perfect blend of gentle movements and deep relaxation. In this restful class, you'll experience the soothing stretches of Yin Yoga, targeting the connective tissues and fostering introspection. You will then transition into the tranquil practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice, to reach profound levels of relaxation and inner peace.
No yoga or meditation experience is required.
