Please join me — in person or online — for a guided journey into deep relaxation and restoration. In this three-hour workshop, you take gentle steps toward greater awareness of your breath and body through the practice and experience of yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga Nidra and sound healing — all offered to to help you release habitual tension, relax deeply, and reconnect with or discover where peace, joy, and ease already resides within you.
My hope is that after embarking on this deeply restful journey, you'll step back into the world with a renewed sense of peace and tools to address stress as it shows up in the summer heat and travel season.
No yoga or meditation experience is required. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that will make you feel most comfortable. Please wear comfortable, non-binding clothing.
