Rest Deeply — Return to Yourself
I am happy to be collaborating again with Eloise Russo. This time we are hosting a day devoted to deep rest, reflection, and renewal as winter invites us inward. This immersive one-day retreat will weave together gentle movement, grounding breath practices, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, sound healing, nature, and mindful rituals to help you soften into stillness and reconnect with your inner self. After a restful day together, the intention is to leave you with practical tools that you can carry into your daily life.
Snacks, tea, yoga mats, and props will be provided, and regular breaks and time for lunch is built into the schedule. Please bring your own lunch and a journal and writing and/or art supplies. You are welcome to bring your own mat, props, eye pillow, or anything else that will support your comfort.

ABOUT ELOISE
Eloise took her first yoga class in Seattle in 2004 to support her marathon training. As yoga became more integral to her life and running faded away, she joined CYC’s teacher training in 2017. After experiencing burnout as a nonprofit leader, Eloise transitioned careers and now offers the practices that have been most supportive and healing for her: softer, gentler yoga and meditative practices, including restorative yoga, sound baths, and connecting in community through circle gatherings. She’s completed training in restorative and gentle yoga, 200-hour sound healing training, and is enrolled in Kripalu’s 300-hour teacher training. Eloise’s classes are an invitation to move at a softer pace, release tension, and restore. She enjoys connecting with students on all topics including the softer side of yoga, life transitions, and what feels joyful now. She loves it when pets join class virtually! Eloise is also the Director of Finance at CYC, and a leadership and transition coach.
